on the basic principles of Marketing your website, dealing with customers, increasing sales and the fundamentals of running a successful hosting operation. I've listened to these speeches, primarily because it's my job, but I always find something new and refreshing in the mix to rethink what we do and how we do it.
There's always room for improvement, isn't there? Even if you've been in the Web hosting industry for ten years, and you've seen it all, you need to step back occasionally and ask yourself: Are we on the right path?
