example in Apache

Thats set up in the server of the third party site. For example in Apache you would set upa virtual host for it. In IIS you would use a host header. Thats assuming its the sort of host who will do this for you.

licencing

I have always found it very confusing about what the SBS 2003 licencing covers as far as Web hosting.
I am interested in getting SBS 2003 for purely hosting a public Web site with SQL Server as the backend database. I like the fact that premium includes ISA for a firewall and that IIS, SQL Server and ISA is all on one box. I do not want to have my company files on the same server and I understand there are security implications in having a firewall, database and web server on one box. I just want SBS 2003 for Web hosting. SBS 2003 Premium appears to be very cheap for getting ISA, SQL Server and Windows Server 2003 - what's the catch.
Questions? Does the license agreement allow me to do this?
How does Cal's and per seat licensing affect this? If I order a 5 Cal license does that mean I am licensed for only 5 users visiting my Web site or does a per seat license mean I can have unlimited Internet users accessing my SBS Server 2003 (within it's hardware resouces). Do I need a Cal for every user who visits my Web site? If there is a restriction to the maximum number of Internet users visting a Web site, what is it?
Confused please advise.
